Labneh with Olive Oil and Sumac

Plain, whole fat yogurt drained of its whey for 24 hours.

Pooled in a really, really good olive oil.

Sumac sprinkled on top.

You must make this.

Now.

Nisrine of Dinners and Dreams has the process and the beautiful photos.

Go.

Your photo is stunning, as are the photos you linked to, Christine!

  2. Thank you, Mimi, Tanna and Paz. Put the yogurt to draining in the evening, let it sit in the fridge that way for two days, badda-bing! You're done. Don't wait 39 days. Please. ;-)

I did mine in 24 hours with fat free Greek yoghurt ... a garlic clove and some basil ... stuffed in celery ... heaven!
