Downtime

Silence is never golden when it comes to blogging and I've been silent too long. I'm catching up with my other life for a bit. You know, the one that makes a salary, digs in the garden, does the laundry. That one. More posts and food are on the way.

Here's a gorgeous stone church my sisters, nieces and I saw while driving through the Rockies last week. Was it just last week? Time goes by so fast these days. Hola Hornitas! I love you all.

Enjoy your downtime - so to speak...sometimes all that other stuff just has to get caught up!

  3. Thanks Katie. I have a few more photos of the beautiful snow-capped Rockies then it's back to cooking.

Hi Kalyn, The sisters reunion was wonderful. We talked, shopped, cooked, walked, and drank a few too many margaritas! Sister-fun is magical!

  5. Jann,
The church resides somewhere high in the mountains between Estes Park and Boulder in Colorado. I'll have to ask my sister, Di, what road we were on. Or, if she reads this, maybe she'll leave a comment.

  6. What a glorious church and setting! The rockies and sisters are magical!
Funny about that other life interferring ... but it does sometimes seem that way. Just enjoy and don't feel guilty ... guilt really is a waste.
Glad you had a great trip.
