Too funny. I actually have a set of 4 recipe binders, labeled (like one is Meat, Poultry, Fish, Shellfish). I keep them on the counter when I'm cooking and sometimes I still don't write it down!
ReplyDeleteYes! Three binders with labels as you state plus desserts, veggies, and sauces. I even have the meat divided further into: chicken, venison, lamb, pork, etc. You'd think with this kind of organization I'd not only write everything down, I'd not forget to dot one "i" nor cross one "t", yet I still forget. Sigh!
