It's an outdoor market so when the winter rains start coming down, not so many people will frequent it. Plus, because it rains up here a lot, 60+ inches, there's not a lot of farming done in the winter months either.
We have a number of locally owned grocers who carry local, organically grown produce year-round, including many of the vendors at the farmers market. So when winter sets in, we still buy locally, inside.Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04269469384082089761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10950366.post-67982187843656731032007-11-14T18:26:00.000-08:002007-11-14T18:26:00.000-08:00Why will your Farmers Market close?PazWhy will your Farmers Market close?

PazAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10950366.post-63640748900951480102007-11-14T17:12:00.000-08:002007-11-14T17:12:00.000-08:00Kalyn,Our farmers market will close this weekend. ...Kalyn,
Our farmers market will close this weekend.
